It has been about a week since we started Van's bedtime routine. We finally figured out we had to start this little routine around 7:00 or Mister Van would start to get overtired. So, we start with a warm bath which he absolutely LOVES!! Daddy usually gives this to him and as you see Van cannot take his precious baby blues off his handsome daddy!!
Next I wrap him in his towel and give him a baby massage and we say his prayers. He especially loves his legs and feet rubbed.

After his massage, we either give him his dinner or read him a book then a little snuggle time and it's off to dreamland!
Tuesday of this week Van and I brought Brooke, Jack and Lawton dinner. We made them chicken enchiladas and spanish rice. This was Van's first time meeting his best friend! He was asleep at first but woke up soon after our little photo session and it was so cute to see him staring at Lawton!

Wednesday it was time for playgroup! We laid all the babes side by side and laughed so hard we almost cried because they were all moving their arms and legs and it looked like they were hitting each other. They are definitely starting to be more aware of each other.

After playgroup Van got to meet someone very near and dear to me. Mama Hendrick has been like a mom and great friend to me for 13 years. It was so special to see the two of them together. They loved each other right away!
On Thursday Van and I went out to Ballantyne and he got to meet the Spafia!! Candice, Jill and Alie couldn't stop gushing over him! There was even an almost fight between Jill and Alie when Alie tried to grab Van out of Jill's arms - I died laughing. He is so loved and has become the only boy allowed to be in the Spafia!! Love you ladies!
This morning Van took a shower with his daddy to get ready for Grey and Haley's visit. Uncle Grey and Aunt Haley are coming into town this evening to meet Van. I couldn't resist putting him into his little man robe and taking some pictures. I am obsessed with him!!!

It has been a long and tiring week. Time for a much needed break.
